Quicking Beta-Agonist ELISA Kit is a direct method competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay for the quantitative detect the presence of beta-agonists (Clenbuterol & Salbutamol) in samples of urine, serum, feed and tissues such as muscle, liver, kidney and retina.

Sample preparation: No previous sample pretreatment of urine is required to perform the assay

Incubation Time:  30min + 15min

Assay Time Requirement:  For urine and serum, approximately 1 hour; For feed, less than 2 hours; for muscle, liver, kidney, retina, less than 2 hours

Detection Limit:  Clenbuterol 0.1 ppb (0.1ng/mL)

Detection Range:  Urine 1-25ppb; Feed 5-125ppb; Muscle/liver/kidney
